1/2 c Plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 t Dried oregano
1/4 t Garlic salt
1/4 t Ground cumin
2 Pinches Cayenne pepper, or
more to taste
1 pn Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving so that the flavors
