On the topic of popcorn, here's a Cajun seasoning recipe from a FatFree
digest a while ago (sorry I don't remember who posted it!) that is a great
popcorn topping. A spritz of water, a shake of seasoning & you'll feel
like you're in New Orleans!
Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, cayenne
pepper, dried basil, and oregano and store in an air tight container. An
old spice jar with the shaker lid works great. Makes 1/3 cup.
