Canned kidney beans; rinsed and drained

Spaghetti sauce

Hot pepper sauce

Hot cooked rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly spray a 10-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and
garlic; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender, stirring
frequently.
Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer uncovered over low heat for
15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
