INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1 | Clove minced garlic | |
| 1 | cn | (8-oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | c | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 | tb | Oil or shortening |
| 1 | cn | (15-oz) pinto beans |
| 3 | c | Hot cooked rice |
INSTRUCTIONS
In large skillet cook onions, peppers and garlic in fat until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, beans and salt; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over beds of rice.
