1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Onion Powder
1/4 ts Sage – ground
1/4 ts Black Pepper
1/4 ts White Pepper
1 pn Red Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

I like the fish one best - it is hot! Beware the fumes, they can
clear your sinuses instantly! Try with swordfish - outstanding!
Butter the pan, Rub lots of spice on the fish and smoke it - about
2-3 min each side till black. WOW!! Enjoy!
