INSTRUCTIONS
Clean squid. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Cut
into squares; set aside. Melt butter in skillet; stir in flour.
Combine sour cream & water; gradually add to flour mixture, stirring
until smooth & thickened. Add squid, lemon juice, salt, pepper &
sugar; heat to serve piping hot.
