INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Olive oil
3 Cl garlic, mince
1 c Onions, chop fine
1/4 c Parsley, chop
2 T Fresh basil, chop
2 lb Squid, clean slice
1/4 c White wine
1/4 c Clam juice
3 c Marinara sauce
1 pn Oregano
Salt and pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil,
parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and
