INGREDIENTS

2 T Olive oil
1 c Chopped onion
1 Green bell pepper, coarsely
chopped
1/2 c Dry red wine
1 Whole tomatoes, 14.5oz
broken up
1 Black beans, 15oz drained
and rinsed
1 Red kidney beans, 15oz
drained and rinsed
1 White northern beans, 15oz
drained and rinsed
4 t Chili powder
1 t Garlic powder
1 t Ground cumin
1 t Oregano
1 t Basil leaves
2 t Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Seasoned pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green
pepper, cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in spice blend and
remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20
minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with shredded cheese and
