INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thread skewers alternately with tofu, pineapple, grapes and mango.
2. Brush with mango chutney. Cook under a pre-heated grill for 5
minutes until very hot and just browning.
3. Serve immediately, scattered with fresh herbs garnished with
wedges of lime.
