INSTRUCTIONS
Place rice in small bowl; pour boiling water over. Cover and let
stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Mix in Spam and seasoning mix.
Transfer mixture to medium skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes,
stirring often.
