INSTRUCTIONS
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-low heat. Place a marshmallow on the end
of each skewer. Break the chocolate bars into 4 pieces each and place
1 piece on each of the 8 graham cracker halves. Carefully hold the
skewered marshmallows over the grill for 3 to 4 minutes, or until
done to your liking. Top each piece of chocolate with a toasted
marshamallow, then another graham cracker half, making sandwiches.
Serve immediately.
NOTE: When I was growing up, we speared our marshmallows with sticks.
Skewers are definitely a better choice ('cause they don't add that
woodsy taste of tree bark)!
