INGREDIENTS
| 3 | lb | Whole chicken; cut up |
| 1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
| 3/4 | c | Water |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Ketchup |
| 1/4 | c | Prepared mustard |
| 1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat chicken with flour. Fry till barely golden. Place in pyrex casserole dish and pour sauce over the top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serving Ideas : Serve over warm rice. NOTES : When this comes out it falls off the bone. This is one of my = families favorite chicken recipes.
