INSTRUCTIONS
Peel oranges and lemons with a vegetable peeler. Remove white pith
from rind and cut rind into thin strips.
Place orange and lemon rind, sugar and water into a medium saucepan
and simmer, without stirring, over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove
peel with a slotted spoon. Allow to cool, serve & eat.
