INGREDIENTS

4	md	-or-
3	lg	Sweet potatoes
1/2	c	Melted butter
1	c	Sugar
1/4	c	Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel potatoes and cut into 2-inch slices. Combine butter, sugar and water
in an electric skillet; add sweet potatoes. Cover and simmer at 250 for 1
hour or until done, turning frequently.
