INGREDIENTS

| 1/3 | c | Candied fruit, small dice |
| 1/3 | c | Miniature chocolate chips |
| 1 | tb | Grand Marnier |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 20 | Cannoli shells | |
| Powdered sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip. Fold in remaining ingredients. Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and refrigerate at least 2 hours before piping into shells. Fill shells only at time of service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy). Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
