Eggs French 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Vedalia onion chopped well
1 Red bell pepper chopped well
1 Egg beaten
1/2 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Ragu original pasta sauce
2 ts Worchestershire sauce
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
1/2 lb Ground round

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. shape into loaf. Place
in oven preheated to 375 degrees. bake for 20 min. Spread ketchup and black
pepper over top. continue baking until ketchup is a dark. approx 40 min.
Use 3 tbls ketchup, 1 tsp black pepper
NOTES :  a brown beef gravy is usually served as a side. Patrons can pour
over top or dip fries or potatoes into it. french fries and gravy is a
Baltimore and Washington tradition.
