INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 40 (2-inch) foil cupcake liners on
cookie sheet.
2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, instant coffee and cinnamon. Stir
with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Fill each cupcake liner
with 1 measuring tablespoon batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15
minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
completely. Garnish with whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
