INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sugars, cinnamon and nuts. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Dip each
into butter, then roll in sugar-nut mixture. Place in greased 10-inch tube
pan. Sprinkle with remaining butter and sugar mixture. Cover. Let rise in
warm place until doubled, about 11/2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to
40 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 10 to 15 minutes, then invert onto
wire rack over waxed paper. Remove from pan. YIELD: 1 RING
TIP: Line pan with foil if it has removable bottom.
Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale. It captured my interest
because of the annotated comments beside the recipes. The original owner
had made comments or just check marks beside certain recipes. I will
include these as I scan. This one had no markings.
