Caramel Dip for Apples

INGREDIENTS

1 pk (14 oz) caramels
1/2 c Half and half
4 oz Cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Unwrap carmels; place with half and half in double boiler or microwaveable
bowl. using a microwave at 50 percent power, stir often until melted. Using
a souble boiler, cook over simmering heat, stirring often until melted. Let
caramel cool. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat cream cheese into
caramel mixture. Serve with apple slices or sugar cookies.
