INGREDIENTS
1 | 1 lb. pkg. Pillsbury Rich | |
& Moist Fudge Brownie Mix | ||
1/4 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Oil |
2 | Eggs | |
20 | Vanilla caramels, unwrapped | |
3 | T | Milk |
1/2 | c | Semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans or walnuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350øF. Grease bottom of 13x9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Do not undermix. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350øF for 31 to 33 minutes. Meanwhile, in small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt caramels with milk, stirring occasionally until smooth. Keep warm. Immediately after removing brownies from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle with hot caramel mixture. Cool 1 hour or until completely cooled. Cut into bars. Yield: 24 bars.
