INGREDIENTS

1 cn Spam luncheon meat – (12 oz); cut short strips
1 tb Chopped green onion
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/4 ts Thyme
8 oz Mushrooms; sliced
1 1/2 c Water
1 Green pepper; cutthin strips
1 c Uncooked white rice

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet, cook Spam, green onions, garlic, and thyme until lightly
browned. Add mushrooms and water. Bring to a boil. Add green pepper
and rice; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
