Boneless pork loin chops |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients except meat. Place meat in shallow dish or plastic
bag, Pour marinade over meat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or
overnight. Remove meat from marinade; heat marinade. Grill or broil as
desired, basting frequently with marinade. Serve with Apple Island Sauce.
Refrigerate leftovers.
APPLE ISLAND SAUCE: In small saucepan, combine 1-1/2 cups chunky
applesauce, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar and 2
teaspoons lemon juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15
minutes. Makes 4 servings.
