INGREDIENTS

1 Flank steak
1 tb Salt
1 ts Cayenne
4 tb Tomato paste
1 ts Black pepper
1 c Strong coffee
2 tb Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Worcestershire
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 tb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

:    Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat until flavors
combine.  Marinate steak 6-8 hrs. Barbecue about 4-5 min total so still
pink inside and let rest 5-7 min. Just don't cook until well done.
