(large) whole button mushrooms |
INSTRUCTIONS
Divide ham into three equal portions & spread on the bottom of each pie
shell. Repeat the same with the onions, drained mushrooms & cheeses. In a
large bowl, beat together remaining ingredients. Pour equal amounts in the
three pie shells. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until center appears
firm when shaken gently. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
NOTE: Delicious with fresh green salad and white wine.
