I'm reluctant to submit a recipe I haven't tried myself. This one was in
the recipe carousel at the local supermarket (Foodtown Market in sunny
Tauranga) and it sounded interesting. If anyone tries it, please let me
know how you liked it! Greetings from Rayna in beautiful New Zealand.

Melt butter and saute garic and onion until soft. Add carots and stock and
cook until carrot is tender. Place in a food processor or blender and puree
until smooth. Stir in orange juice and some of the zest and bring to the
boil. Ladle in four soup bowls. Garnish with cream and a little orange
rind.
This soup could also be served chilled. Serves four.
