INGREDIENTS

2 lb Carrots
1 c Crushed pineapple; drained
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 c Raisins, soaked in water 30 min. to plump; then drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel carrots; remove tip and root end. Shred, using a large-holed cheese
grater or a potato peeler. Combine with remaining ingredients and
refrigerate until serving.
