INSTRUCTIONS
ICING
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add carrots, flour, salt,
cinnamon and soda. Fold in nuts. Bake at 30-35 min. in 2 X 9 layers.
ICING: Mix until smooth. Spread on cool cake.
