Ingredients: 1 1/2 c White sugar; 1 1/4 c Corn oil; 3 Eggs; 3 c Flour; 2 ts Baking powder; 1 1/2 ts Baking soda; 1/4 ts Salt; 2 ts Cinnamon; 2 c Grated carrots

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2	c	White sugar
1 1/4	c	Corn oil
3		Eggs
3	c	Flour
2	ts	Baking powder
1 1/2	ts	Baking soda
1/4	ts	Salt
2	ts	Cinnamon
2	c	Grated carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 345 F. Cream sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time, beat
well after each. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in carrots, pour
into prepared pans and bake 20 -25 minutes or until center springs back
