INGREDIENTS

1 c Soy milk; or water
1/4 c Nuts
1/2 c Oatmeal
2 c Carrot; grated
1 1/2 c Tomato; chopped
1 c Dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c Parsley; chopped
1 ts Salt
tb Green peppers; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend first 2 ingredients, then add the rest. Combine and bake at 375
for about 30 minutes for loaf pan or 20 minutes for muffin tins. Can
bake a bit longer for mushier texture.
