INGREDIENTS

4 c Coarsely shredded carrot
1/2 c Raisins
3 tb Lowfat mayonnaise
1 cn (8 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple,, undrained

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes
about 4 cups.
