INSTRUCTIONS
SUNFLOWER SEEDS, Hulled, unsalted, unroasted.
In a hot skillet, roast sunflower seeds until golden (about 5
minutes), stirring often. Add soy sauce, stirring constantly until
dry. Set aside. Puree tofu with lemon juice, sugar, and nutmeg.
Combine with carrots and raisins. Toss in sunflower seeds just before
serving. PER SERVING: 258 calories, 8 grams of fat.
