INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Margarine; Melted
1 c Sweet Potato; Peeled And Grated
1 c Carrot; Peeled And Grated
1 c Apple (Tart); Peeled And Grated
1/2 c Matzo Meal
2 tb Sweet Wine
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c White Sugar; Can Be Cut A Little
1/2 c Brown Sugar; Can be cut a little

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: The Complete Passover Cookbook by Frances R. Av Rutick
Use some of the melted margarine to lightly grease a 7 X 11 inch baking
pan. Combine the remainder of the margarine with the other ingredients. Mix
well. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 degree F. for 45 minutes or until brown.
Variation: Add 1/2 cup chopped pitted prunes and 1/2 cup raisins.
Can be used as a dessert or side dish.
