INGREDIENTS

2 Tomatoes, finely
chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Clove, small garlic
finely chopped
1 Canned Jalapeno pepper
seeded
1 T Finely snipped cilantro
1 T Lemon juice
1 1/2 t Vegetable oil
1/2 t Dried oregano leaves
1/2 t Jalapeno pepper liquid

INSTRUCTIONS

Date: Sat, 20 Apr 96 08:45:38 PDT  From: eboyd@shentel.net Mix all
ingredients. Cover and refrigerate in  glass or plastic container.
Refrigerate no longer than 7 days. Yield:  about 2 cups of sauce. My
cookbook has a note in there stating that a  bottled tomato and yellow
chili sauce can be substituted in recipes  calling for Casera Sauce.
