2 c Cashews
2 T Butter
1/2 t Salt, up to 1

INSTRUCTIONS

With metal blade in food processor add cashews to beaker of processor.
Process turning on and off rapidly, until cashews are finely ground.
Add butter and salt; process until smooth. Taste and add more salt,  if
