INSTRUCTIONS
Make these fresh to serve hot with ham, pork, or baked beans. Wash apples,
cut in halves crosswise, remove cores, and place, cut sides up, in shallow
pan. On each half, put a tablespoon of brown sugar, a tablespoon of catsup,
and a dot of butter. Pour a little water around them and bake in a moderate
oven (350 degrees F) for about 30 minutes. When serving, spoon the liquid
from baking pan over them.
