INGREDIENTS

1 Cauliflower, cut to florets
1 Broccoli, cut into florets
1 Carrot, sliced thinly
2 T Oil
3 Garlic cloves, diced
2 Onions, sliced
3 T Tamari
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Garlic powder
3 c Cheesy gravy
1 T Nutritional yeast
1 t Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in large skillet, add the vegetables & saute for 7 minutes.
Add tamari, salt & garlic powder. Cook for another 3 minutes.  Preheat
oven to 400F.  In an 8 X 12 inch casserole dish, place  alternating
layers of gravy & saute mixture, finishing with a layer  of gravy.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast & paprika.  Bake for 30  minutes.  "The
