INSTRUCTIONS
Separate cauliflower in medium pieces; cook covered in boiling, salted
water until tender (10 to 15 minutes). Drain. Brown green pepper lightly in
butter; blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring
constantly until thickened; add salt and mushrooms. Place 1/2 cauliflower
in 1-1/2 quart casserole; cover with half the cheese and half the sauce.
Repeat layers; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven about 15
minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 8.
