INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | Frozen English peas; (10 oz. each) |
| 1/2 | c | Cut celery |
| 1 | cn | Mushroom slices; (4 oz.) |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook peas according to package directions. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add celery and onion. Saute until celery loses some of its crispiness and onions are transparent, but not brown.
