INGREDIENTS

1 Cinnamon stick – 1.5 inch
3 Cardamom pods, up to 4
2 Black pepper corns, up to 3
2 Cloves, up to 3
1/2 t Ground ginger
1 c Water
1 t Sugar
1 t Darjeeling tea leaves
1/4 t Masala Spice Mix
1/4 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind cinnamon stick, cardamom, black pepper corns, and cloves to a
powder. Stir in ground ginger. Combine water, sugar, tea and 1/4
teaspoon spice mix in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for one
minute. Add milk, bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Strain
