INGREDIENTS

3 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Margarine |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Shortening |
1 | c | Milk |
5 | Eggs | |
2 | T | Vanilla-butternut flavoring |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream sugar, shortening and margarine. Add eggs, beat after each addition. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased tube or loaf pans and place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 350 °F and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes without opening oven door until time is done. Remove from pan immediately. Makes 2 loaves.
