INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | Buttermilk flaky biscuits |
| 2 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese |

| 3 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| 1 1/4 | c | Milk |
| 3/4 | c | Chopped ham |
| 2 | tb | Chopped pimiento |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ds | Pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of 9" pie pan with biscuits; press together to seal. Combine cheese and flour. Add eggs, milk, ham, pimiento and seasoning. Mix well.
