Cheddar-Sausage Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 c (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, at room temperature
3 tb Sour cream
6 Slices summer sausage, about 4 1/2 inches in diameter

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.  Remove casings from
sausage.  Spread a scant 2 tbsp. cheese mixture on each slice of sausage.
Place one slice of sausage on top of another, overlapping one half of the
way.  Roll sausage firmly and wrap.  Repeat twice to form 3 rolls. Chill.
To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices. About 1 1 /2 dozen appetizers. Typed in
