1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 ds Cayenne pepper
1/3 c Belgian beer

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl combine the cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce,
mustard, cayenne, and stir until well combined. Gradually add the
beer until a nice paste has formed and is a spreading consistency.
Spread on crusty bread or crackers of your choice.
