Ingredients: 2 1/2 lb Cream cheese; 2 1/2 lb American cheese; shredded; 1/4 lb Bleu cheese; 2 tb Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c Mayonnaise; 10 dr Tabasco sauce; Onion salt and garlic salt to taste; Chopped walnuts

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2	lb	Cream cheese
2 1/2	lb	American cheese; shredded
1/4	lb	Bleu cheese
2	tb	Worcestershire sauce
1/2	c	Mayonnaise
10	dr	Tabasco sauce
		Onion salt and garlic salt to taste
		Chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except walnuts. Shape into balls and roll in
chopped walnuts. Chill until firm and ready to serve. Yield: 3 cheese
balls.
