INGREDIENTS

Pecans; chopped |

Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |

Hot pepper sauce to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter; add flour and mix. Add pecans and cheese; mix well. Form long
narrow logs, wrap in waxed paper and chill several hours. Slice thin. Bake
in 350 degree oven 10 to 12 minutes. Leave a space between slices when
baking. Remove from cookie sheet immediately when baked (or they'll stick).
Makes a large quantity. Can be stored in a cookie tin after baking.
