INSTRUCTIONS
Blend cheese; add and beat 1 egg at a time. Add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla;
mix. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. Remove but
leave oven on.
Blend 1 to 1-1/2 cups sour cream with 1/3 cup sugar. Spread over the top;
turn oven off and put pie in oven for 4 minutes. Top with strawberries or
other fruit.
