Cheese-celery-crabmeat Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Celery, diced
2 c Cooked crabmeat, chilled
2 T Chili sauce
2 T Fresh lemon juice
2 T Minced onion
1 1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Ground black pepper
2 Sliced mild cheddar cheese
grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients. Toss lightly. Serve on lettuce as the first
course, or if desired, serve as a salad for lunch or dinner. Serve on
