INGREDIENTS

1 pk (12-oz) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
6 tb Butter
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
2 c Chopped walnuts
2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 tb Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle
Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels and butter; stir until morsels are
melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl; stir in graham
cracker crumbs and walnuts with a fork until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into
ungreased 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12
minutes.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy. Add
eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and
lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb
mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely on wire
racks; cut into 2x1-inch bars. Chill before serving. Makes about 6 dozen
2x1-inch bars.
