INSTRUCTIONS

Mix cheese, flour, sauce and a little of the egg to bind into a
pastry, and season.
Flatten pastry out and wrap around the egg. Roll egg in beaten egg and
cover in the crushed breadcrumbs. Deep fry for roughly 1 minute until
gold.
