Grated Cheddar cheese |

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, salt, paprika, cayenne, and cheese. Add butter. Mix well.
Add beer and blend until it reaches an oatmeal consistency. Roll onto a
pan and shape into a roll 1" in diameter. Wrap and freeze for 1 hour. Slice
into rounds 1/8" thick, sprinkle with seeds and press with fork lightly.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
